The Bloody Beetroots are made in italy. And their sound suits me like no other.
These guys really rock. They are Bob Rifo and DJ Tommy Tea and teamed up in 2006.
Maybe electronica and hard disco won’t be enough to describe the intense sound they produce. No matter the intensity of this vibrating sounds you will certainly feel like dancing (or jumping) to these rythms.
The “Cornelius” EP (MP3) was released in 2008. It was an art project composed of music, videos, and fashion. Really cool. Later came the “Rombo” EP (MP3 and CD).
2009 was the time for the “Romborama” LP (CD) and the “Christmas Vendetta…Spares of Romborama” EP (MP3).
All released by Steve Aoki’s DIM MAK.
These guys are known for performing in Marvel Venom masks.
For the 2010 Live Tour they labeled themselves “The Bloody Beetroots – Death Crew 77″ and dragged Edward Grinch (drums) into the spotlight as the band’s official drummer for the live appearances.
Talk to you later. Now I just wanna dance.
